Milestone Number Four: Interrest
I love riding bikes as much as horseback- riding. Even though before, I had no friends that lived by me so we can race, I still had fun riding with my sister. Everyday I would ride my bike, but mom would make me come in at 6:00 or 7:00 p.m because that's when the mosquito's come out and bite you, leaving your skin itchy like an itchy wig. But I will never forget the first time I got my very first bike. I came home from school on a warm Friday afternoon. My mom told me to go outside. When I came outside I spotted a beautiful purple princess bike! The purple looked like the sky at twilight. I was only five when my uncle and dad brought my bike. They wanted to take off one training wheel so I can learn to ride a bike young and quick. But I refused to ride it, I would only ride it with both training wheels. But they would let me ride with both training wheels so I started shouting like a lion in the jungle. Tears ran down my face I could make a pool! My mom and sister tryed tricking me to go on it. When I did they took off the other training wheel. My uncle pushed me from behind, but I was shaking so hard I couldn't get a good grip on the handles so they shook too. I was so afraid it was like if I was in a horror movie that never ended. Finally when I hopped off the bike I ran into the house so I be as far away from the bike as possible. But now I know how to ride with no training wheels, and riding bikes is one of the things I like to do now.
